Shipping, In-Store Collection & Returns
UK deliveries are fulfilled by UPS or Royal Mail. Any order over £40 will be free, otherwise we will charge £4.50. No Overseas Shipping available for now, apologies!! However overseas shipping may be available via Trouva: Flux
If you would like anything wrapped please request 'Gift' and we will remove price labels, wrap in Flux tissue paper and finish with a Flux sticker. We always reuse bubblewrap and packaging where appropriate.
Free In-Store Collection available! If you'd like to collect in Leith please use the code Kerbside Leith so we know not to charge you shipping and you will be notified when we are ready to give you your order - usually 5-7 days after order placed.
RETURNS POLICY
Online Returns
Please email us at withloveflux@gmail.com for any information regarding online returns or exchanges. Please include your order number and name. Our returns policy lasts 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include: Gift Cards, Food and some health and personal care items.
Shipping
Once a return has been authorised by us via email please return to: 78 High Street, Dunbar, EH42 1JH. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We advise using Trackable postage as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders may also be returned to any of our shops.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take 5-7 days to be processed by the banks. If it has been longer than 10 days after we notified you of your Refund being processed please contact us at withloveflux@gmail.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order please contact us at withloveflux@gmail.com before sending your item to: 78 High Street, Dunbar, EH42 1JH. Unfortunately you will need to cover the return postage cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
