Fiddy+Mabel was created in 2020 by Scottish artist Hattie Forster.
Named after her two beloved black labs, Hattie came up with the idea for this creative company when the Covid pandemic hit and she had lots of time and space to re-evaluate. Hattie followed her heart and Fiddy+Mabel was born.
Hattie, who lives in rural East Lothian with her husband and twins, creates ‘minimalist’ art for the everyday – prints, homewares and accessories to brighten up the home and remind you of happy places and experiences. Reminiscent of the block colour style of the 1930s, Hattie’s work brings joy and colour to any interior.
As well as much-loved local East Lothian scenes, Fiddy and Mabel also produces beautifully-crafted prints, greetings cards and homewares based on the iconic Edinburgh landmarks, including Arthur's Seat.
