TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS

By completing the purchasing process you're agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions shown below. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Formation of contract

All requests to order items from Get2Flux will be provisional and non-binding unless or until a "Confirmation of Order" email has been sent to the e-mail address of the registered user. For the avoidance of doubt a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.

Privacy & Security

Information Used

When you shop with Get2Flux online we ask for information like your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number. We do not store any credit/debit card details. This information is necessary to enable us to process your order and liaise with you about your order.

Data Protection

Get2Flux complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. When placing an order or requesting information from us, we do have to store the data you provide. Any data we hold will not be used for any mailings and will not be passed to any third party.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. We do not accept cheques. For your own protection, we suggest that you do not send cash in the post.

Pricing

We do our best to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we don’t receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we’ll refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.

Ordering

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we have sufficient stock but know that some items sell faster than expected and although we'll always try to get stock replenished its not always possible. We'll provide the most up to date information we have on availability and will do our absolute best to ensure you get the items you want. Flux accepts no liability arising from any inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.

Descriptions

We've attempted to ensure that the specification and description of all items is correct on the website and shows them off to the best of our ability. Sometimes they will be even better than you expected. As soon as an order is received, Get2Flux will send you an email confirming its receipt. This email should be received at the very latest within 24 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us using the methods outlined in the contact us section.

Cancellation

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of 14 days. If you want to cancel your contract you should notify us by email. In such circumstances we’ll happily accept any item or items making up the cancelled order provided that you have taken reasonable care of the items while they have been in your possession. We’ll refund the cost of rejected items or cancelled orders (including the original dispatch charge) within 21 days of receiving the item(s) back. Please note, however, that items are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.

Can I return my order?

We're happy to exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't prove suitable. Please pack purchases carefully and return them to the above address, in their original condition, with labels intact, within 21 days of receipt. You must notify us that you are returning your order within 14 days of recipt. This can be done by emailing info@sambrownboutique.co.uk

Limitation of Liability

The liability of Get2Flux in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Under no circumstances shall Get2Flux be liable for any form of indirect or consequential loss, costs or expenses as a result of this agreement or contract.

Viewing Orders

When will I get my order?

The aim is to send out all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. You'll receive notification that your order has been dispatched. Standard UK delivery takes between 3-5 days after dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

Returns

Customers have the right to cancel their order up to the point of despatch and any payment made will be refunded within 28 days. Customers have the right to return the order within twenty one working days of order of the goods. A full refund will be made for the goods once returned. The returned goods must be in their original packaging and adequately insured for the return journey. The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Perishable goods are not returnable and payments for perishable goods will not be refunded. If the customer fails to return the goods following cancellation, Get2Flux will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the customer. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the customers fault, the customer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing the order. (Orders placed on a Sunday may take slightly longer).

When will I get my order?

The aim is to send out all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK delivery takes between 3-5 days after dispatch.

International Orders

We accept online orders from outside the UK. At 'Checkout' please select your country. If there are any problems we will contact you as soon as possible.
